This site is designed to help people understand what happened during and after the 2020 US election with respect to vote counts.
There do not appear to be any publicly available data online which makes it possile to see what vote counts were at any particular time. This has led to a lot of rumors being spread around without any data to back them up.
Data on this site was collected from archives of the ABC News public election data, which was archived on the Way back machine.
We were able to collect state totals throughout the period of interest. But unfortunely we have not yet located county by county data using this method.
We are not making any political claims either way, but want the data out there for people to use.
Notice how a lead obtained by the end of counting on the night of 11/3 is held or is even increased in most cases.
AZ, GA, MI, PA, and WI were the exception.
While a few other states did have small adjustments the following day, Michigan and Wisconsin were the strangest, as the lead suddenly was reversed early in the morning of 11/4.
